Artist’s statement: “This series of photographs is from a cross-country trip I made this past fall and are part of a larger body of work on America. A selection of these photographs is currently on view at Pierogi.”

Originally from Arlington VA, William Lamson graduated from Dartmouth College in June of 2000 and now lives in Brooklyn. He has been included in a number of group shows in New York, and his first solo show is on view at Pierogi until February 7th. William is currently enrolled in the Bard MFA program.
