Bianca Stone is a poet, visual artist and essayist. She is the author of the poetry collections Someone Else’s Wedding Vows (Tin House & Octopus Books, 2014) and The Mobius Strip Club of Grief (Tin House, 2018). Her hybrid works include the children’s book of a Gertrude Stein poem, A Little Called Pauline, (Penny Candy Books, 2020), and a collaboration with Anne Carson, Antigonick: an illuminated book of Carson’s translation of Antigone (New Directions, 2012). Her poems have appeared in The New Yorker, Poetry Magazine and The Baffler. She lives in Vermont where she is co-founder and Creative Director at The Ruth Stone House, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting poetry and the arts. Her new collection of poetry, What is Otherwise Infinite, will be out in January 2022 from Tin House Books.
