Rallies Planned for Darfur as Deadline for Peace Approaches

As a deadline for peace in Darfur approaches and rallies are planned for Washington, San Francisco and other cities, it’s gratifying to see, despite the Bush administration’s failure to face what they’ve called genocide, that the grass roots push to pressure the Sudanese and U.S. governments still has momentum.
