Joy Wood is a writer and copy editor. She received an MFA in fiction from the University of Michigan, where she was also a Zell Postgraduate Fellow in Creative Writing. She has been awarded residencies from the Santa Fe Art Institute and the MacDowell Colony, and her stories have been published in Glimmer Train and the Black Warrior Review.
