Nalini Jones is the author of What You Call Winter and a recipient of an NEA fellowship, Pushcart Prize, and O. Henry Prize. Her work has appeared in Ploughshares, One Story and Elle India, among others, and in anthologies including AIDS Sutra and Freud’s Blind Spot. She lives in Connecticut and teaches fiction-writing at Columbia University’s School of the Arts.
