Guernica Editor Wins Sidney Hillman Award

We are proud to announce that Alex Halperin, one of our non-fiction editors, has won the Sidney Hillman Foundation’s March Sidney award for socially-conscious journalism. The article, “ Drill, Maybe Drill?“, which ran in The American Prospect, examines the environmental ramifications of realizing plans for natural gas-drilling in upstate New York.
