Camille Norment

Camille Norment is an artist working with and through sound, in forms including drawing, installation, performance, and composition, to investigate entangled cultures around experiential phenomena. Highlights of her 2022-2023 season include solo commissions for Dia Art Foundation in New York and a solo exhibition and simultaneous ensemble commission as the 2023 Festival Artist in Bergen Kunsthall. She will premiere a new ensemble performance work for the Munch Museum in November 2023. Norment is the recipient of the Nam June Paik 2023 Award. Born in Silver Spring, Maryland, she lives and works in Oslo, Norway.
