Laura Blereau is an independent curator. Her recent exhibitions include Manfred Mohr: Fifty Years - Réflexions sur une Esthétique Programmée, at Art Basel in Switzerland, and two solo exhibitions featuring Rashaad Newsome: King of Arms at the New Orleans Museum of Art and Portraiture: Style and Ornament at the LSU Museum of Art in Baton Rouge. She is presently organizing Beryl Korot: Dachau 1974 for Art Basel in June and Takeover, a group exhibition that features the New Orleans Good Children Gallery artist collective, at Secret Project Robot in Brooklyn.
