Maura Pellettieri writes poems that are fictions, fictions that are poems, and essays that are essays. She holds an MFA from Washington University in St. Louis, and is the co-founder and host of Salon A Lulu, a multidisciplinary salon series. Her work has been published in New Contrast and Connotation Press , and is forthcoming in Apogee and December Magazine , among others. She is a fiction editor for The Spectacle and a 2016 recipient of the Edward F. Albee Fellowship. She lives in St. Louis.
