Prajna Desai

Prajna Desai is an art historian currently based in Tokyo. She has written about contemporary art, photography, and Indian graphic novels variously in/on Frieze, Art in America, Aperture, Caravan-Vantage, tcj.com, and Aperture. Her book about food, aesthetics, and women's labour set in Mumbai is entitled The Indecisive Chicken: Stories and recipes from eight Dharavi women (2015).
