Xavier Navarro Aquino

Xavier Navarro Aquino was born and raised in Puerto Rico. He was given a work-study scholarship in 2014 to attend the Bread Loaf Writers' Conference and received a travel grant to Ghana, Morocco, and Spain from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras. He is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he is an editorial assistant for Prairie Schooner.
