Andra Otilia Nicolescu is a Romanian-American writer, editor, and practicing human rights lawyer based in Geneva, Switzerland. Her fiction and nonfiction have appeared in Glimmer Train, Catapult, Blunderbuss, and elsewhere, while her legal and scholarly writing has been published by Oxford University Press, Edward Elgar Publishing, and others. She is the Managing Editor of Guernica and serves on the Steering Committee of the Geneva Writers' Group, where she leads programming, community engagement, and teaches creative writing workshops.
