John Wall Barger is the author of six collections of poems and one book of nonfiction essays. His next book of poems, Resurrection Pie, is coming out with LSU Press in early 2026. He’s a contract editor for Frontenac House, lives in Vermont, and lectures in the Writing Program at Dartmouth College.
